Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with NicePiix! Our products are custom-made just for you, which may require a bit of extra time to produce and ship. Below are the details regarding our shipping and handling process.


Production Time

  • Processing & Production: 3–6 business days
    Since each item is made-to-order, production time may take slightly longer than for mass-produced items. We appreciate your patience!

Shipping Time

After production, shipping times vary based on your location:

  • United States & EU: 7–12 business days for delivery
  • Rest of the World: 10–18 business days for delivery

Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays (e.g., New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas). During peak seasons (sales, promotions, holidays), production and shipping times may be extended slightly due to high order volumes.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and order weight.

  • Minimum Shipping Fee: $6.99
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $110 qualify for free shipping.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. It may take 1-3 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
  • If tracking information doesn’t update immediately, it simply means the carrier hasn’t processed your package yet. Tracking details will appear as soon as they scan your item.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Please verify your address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we will notify you. Please provide the correct address so we can request re-shipment. Note that shipping may take longer, and additional fees may apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your package is marked as lost by the carrier, please contact us at madeingifts@gmail.com so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Occasionally, the delivery status may update before your package arrives. If it shows as "delivered" but hasn’t arrived, give it a few more days or reach out to us for assistance.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please email our Customer Support team at madeingifts@gmail.com. Include:

  1. Your order number
  2. A photo or video of the product showing the issue
  3. Your complete delivery address

Our team will review and, if applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.
