Order Cancellation
- Before Production Begins: You can cancel your order for a full refund if production has not started. Please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order to request cancellation.
- After Production Begins: Once your item is in production, we cannot cancel the order due to the custom nature of Print On Demand items.
Return Policy
Since each item is made-to-order and personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection, or other non-defective reasons.
Exceptions for Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 5 days of receiving the item. Include your order number and a photo of the issue.
- Our team will assess the issue and, if approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
